All peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form to ensure long-term stability during storage and shipping. Unreconstituted vials should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For extended storage, refrigeration is recommended. Once reconstituted for research purposes, peptides should be kept refrigerated.

Greyline Peptides ships within Canada only. We do not make exceptions.

Orders are typically shipped with Canada Post. Local pickup in Kelowna is available free of charge. We also offer a flat-rate shipping option of $25, and free shipping on all orders of $500 or more.

Yes, we ship to PO boxes, but this is only available through Canada Post.

While we recommend that you confirm your address through Canada Post's address lookup tool to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for lost packages.

Unfortunately, no. We do not accept returns. We stress that you do your research on the product prior to ordering.

If you've accidentally provided an incorrect or incomplete mailing address, unfortunately we won't be able to retrieve your package. It's crucial to double-check your mailing address before placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for errors in the address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to the sender, we will work with you to attempt to get you your product. Please ensure accuracy to avoid any inconvenience.
